We ask that each individual register for the show. Registering with the SCA 2024 National Specialty provides many benefits to you and your host committee!
Registration Data
The registration data collected on this form will be used strictly for the following purposes:
- In case of emergency, clarifies where you are staying and who we should contact on your behalf;
- Gives us an idea of when participants will arrive and depart our show;
- Helps us plan for our Welcome Party;
- Helps us make sure we have enough Welcome Bags and bag swag;
- Helps us to make pre-printed name tags; and
- Registers you to possibly win fabulous door prizes!
Welcome Bag
Each registrant may choose one of the registration levels below.
- All registrants will automatically receive the “Beach Break” level bag containing Swag.
- A registrant may UPGRADE and purchase as many of the “Double Up” or “Point Break” bags as desired through September 15 but only the “Beach Break” complimentary bag will contain Swag – ONE Swag package per registrant.
- A complimentary “Beach Break” bag is limited to one (1) per registrant, who prefers not to purchase the “Double Up” or “Point Break” bag(s).
- You must be present to pick up your “Beach Break” bag containing swag yourself. These are for show attendees only. We will not release “Beach Break” bags to anyone other than yourself.
- If you purchase an UPGRADE bag but do not plan to attend the show, a friend may pick it up for you but ONLY IF YOU MAKE US AWARE OF WHO TO RELEASE IT TO. These bags will not be mailed.
