“Shoreline Soiree” Awards Banquet Details
Custom Plated Dinners: $55 per person (all meals are gluten free)
Caesar Salad – Hearts of romaine, traditional Caesar dressing, toasted croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese
Main Courses – Choice of One:
CHICKEN ROMANA – Grilled breast of chicken, topped with a seasoned tomato & red onion relish, finished with a sun-dried tomato pesto, balsamic reduction, and basil oil. Served with buttermilk & chive whipped potatoes.
MAPLE BLUEBERRY PORK LOIN – Sliced oven-roasted pork loin topped with maple & blueberry glaze. Served with buttermilk & chive whipped potatoes.
VEGETARIAN OPTION – GRILLED VEGETABLE STACK – Grilled portobello mushroom, roasted red bell pepper, sauteed vegetable medley. Served with buttermilk & chive whipped potatoes.
Dessert – New York-Style Cheesecake

- There will be open seating available or you may reserve a half-table of 4 or a full-table of 8. Reserved parties of 4 will be seated at a table with another 4 guests
- Reserved tables will be mixed among open seating tables
- A reserved table does not guarantee a “premium” table location
- Cash bars available
To Reserve A Table of 4 or 8:
- 1 person from your group/table must purchase all 4 or 8 dinners when registering
- Tickets will be placed in the registrant’s hospitality bag
