Live Auction “Boo Bash” Banquet Details
Custom Mexican Fajita Bar Buffet – $49 per person
- Fiesta salad, roasted corn salad, tortilla soup, taco meat and chicken fajitas, spanish rice, borracho beans with regional condiments (shredded cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole and salsa)
- This is a buffet-style meal. Your ticket will be collected at the buffet line entrance for a one-time pass through the buffet line
- There will be open seating available or you may reserve a half-table of 4 or a full-table of 8. Reserved parties of 4 will be seated at a table with another 4 guests
- Reserved tables will be mixed among open seating tables
- A reserved table does not guarantee a “premium” table location
- Open seating will be available
- Cash bars available
To Reserve A Table of 4 or 8:
- 1 person from your group/table must purchase all 4 or 8 dinners when registering
- Tickets will be placed in the registrant’s hospitality bag

Join in for a scary good time and an opportunity to win this real, working Samoyed Nutcracker! Almost 3 feet tall!
The Fine Print
- No fee required. No costume “theme” required. Surprise us!
- Contest will begin at approximately 7:40 PM, Friday, 10/25/24; after the Live Auction “Boo Bash” Banquet but before the auction begins.
- Costumes must be appropriate for all ages. Yes, your costume can be scary. We do not care to see too much of your skin.
- The following props are not allowed:
- Live animals
- Substances that might damage or stain facilities
- Confetti, glitter, silly string
- This is a contest for people – not dogs. No dogs (other than service animals) are allowed in auction ballroom.
- Be prepared to walk on stage to showcase your costume.
- A panel of 3 anonymous judges will choose the winner based on originality, creativity, effort, and adherence to these guidelines. Prize awarded that evening.
But to win, you have to enter the Halloween Costume Contest. No purchase is necessary. Just fill out the entry form below. This will help us know how many entrants to expect.
Forgot to enter? No worries. We’ll accept entries up until the beginning of the contest. Contest begins at approximately 7:30 PM, Friday, 10/25/24.
