Location: Main Show Ring at the American Bank Center – (where the rest of the conformation activities will be held), Corpus Christi, TX
Cost: $20 per handler (you can swap out dogs – no extra fee)
Join us at the Main Show Ring on Wednesday, 10/23, after Working Sweepstakes, for a Conformation Handling Class taught by long-time Samoyed exhibitors Anita O’Berg and Mardee Ward (AKC Judge).
They will guide you in a freeform style, offering pointers based on your individual requests, to help you best present your dog to a judge.
Whether you’re experienced or a complete novice, all are welcome!
The fine print:
- Class approximately 1 hour long
- You must be present at end of Working Sweepstakes when class begins. We cannot anticipate what time that will be. You must monitor the time; no refunds.
- Bring bait, show collar, and show leash.
- No Pee Wees may participate. Because Mardee Ward will judge Junior Showmanship on 10/26/24, no juniors exhibiting in Junior Showmanship at this event may participate. Pee Wees and juniors are welcome to sit ringside to observe.
- Limit of 20 handlers per class. Sign up now to reserve your spot.
- If class does not fill, extra spaces can be purchased at beginning of class.
